What is BHIP?

Behavioral Health Improvement Program (BHIP) intends to close the gap in accessing primary and behavioral healthcare. Services include behavioral health, substance abuse and primary healthcare for those with a mental or substance use disorder who seek care. Services will be administered in a culturally relevant manner to residents in Anderson, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Smith, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt and Wood counties.
